At ARM CHINA we work together with our customers to develop cost effective high quality wearparts.
You know best how your parts wear and which environments they will be used. This combined with our understanding of wear solutions will lead us to the best plan of attack
Based upon our discussions we will quote a number of solutions, usually with different material options and tungsten patterns.
Dependent on expected volume we will subsidize the tooling fee, resulting in most tooling fees being less than $US 1000-1500.
If required we can organise a Chinese Patent to protect your I.P.
Off Tool Samples (OTS) are made and sent to you for approve fitment approval et cetera.
A small batch run can be produced for field testing and comparisons. We can trial different hardness, material and tungsten patterns at this stage.
Once you are happy with this, previously agreed MOQ are produced and parts are shipped.
