Forging, casting ,fabrication and assembly in China can greatly reduce the cost of component production. We currently produce finished components for a number of cultivation machinery companies. The quality and finish of cast and forged components is superior to fabricated parts. The forged clamps and cast couplings shown cost only around 1/3 of the cost to fabricate. The forged shanks are not only less expensive but are better wearing and tougher than profile cut fabricated versions. |
